Classic Dutch House

There are these classic Dutch houses that look like this. They are very efficiently built with 2 rooms divided by a sliding door and built-in closets. A chimney or stove in each room for keeping rooms warm easily. A bay window in the front and a balcony in the back. Take the template room I drew here and give it a modern interior. <br><br> Change as little to this plan as possible.
