Eco-chic Office

Environmentally conscious interior design is about using materials with low impact on the environment. For instance only natural renewable materials, using and upcycling second hand stuff. But also providing low energy consumption is a factor to consider: thermal insulation, less artificial lights, lowering the lights. For an office interior it could mean working in flexible spaces that can be made smaller, require less heating when fewer people work (in contrast to the example) Can you think of any other design decisions resulting in a more sustainable interior?
